







The previous version of the help center for gettyimages.com did not enable users to find the information that they needed. This resulted in extremely high phone and live chat assist rates for common issues. In creating a new help center, all telephone and live chat data for the past year was taken into account to determine what the most critical help content should be. The new section was made visually appealing with a clear hierarchy and was tested with eye tracking and standard usability testing. The final design successfully met user needs and will be launched in January of 2011.
